SENSYS Traffic AB and Profoto AB have reached a settlement in response to the summons that Profoto filed with Jönköping District Court in November 2008.
Profoto AB requested compensation of approximately SEK 4.6 million in the summons. Settlement has now been reached at a lower level, where Sensys will compensate Profoto in the amount of SEK 775,000. Profoto subsequently no longer has any claims against Sensys. Financial results of the fourth quarter are negatively affected by SEK 275,000.
