Sensys Traffic AB (publ) has received an order for traffic safety systems from the United Arab Emirates with a value of SEK 5 million.
The order covers systems for speed and red-light surveillance, and will be delivered during the second quarter of 2010.
Sensys already has close to 500 units installed in the United Arab Emirates, primarily in Dubai. This order is from a neighbouring Emirate.
"This new order will further-strengthen our position in the Middle East, and the United Arab Emirates in particular," says Johan Frilund, CEO of Sensys Traffic AB.
The order will be delivered from Sensys' inventories.
Sensys Traffic develops and markets systems for traffic informatics and traffic safety. The systems are primarily used for the monitoring and registration of speeding and red-light infringements. The Sensys share is quoted on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
