Alarm

The system(s) listed below may be equipped with an alarm that becomes activated should someone try to sabotage or break into the cabinet. Units that may be connected to the alarm system include door switches, tilt and vibration sensor, smoke/fire detector and voltage sensor.

The alarm system has its own battery backup. This implies that an alarm will still be transmitted to the monitoring centre
in the event of the power cable to the cabinet being destroyed.

The unit communicates either wireless via GSM or via a
telephone network.

Bullet proof

The system(s) listed below may be combined with our Bullet proof option. If required, the system may be modified to have a bullet-proof cabinet.

Changing lane

The system(s) listed below may be combined with our Changing lane option. This system is designed for enforcing non-permitted lane-changing. The changing-lane option will detect if a vehicle changes its position sideways on the road more than allowed.

For example, should a vehicle cross a continuous white/
yellow line, the system will be activated and record a
violation. A tunnel is just one example of where this system
may be applicable.

Classification

The system(s) listed below may be set up to classify vehicles. Roads often have different speed limits for small and large vehicles (e.g. lorries, buses). We are able to distinguish between different vehicle types.

Communication

SENSYS® offers a wide range of communication options. Our equipment can utilise all standard communication links, such as Modem, DSL, ISDN, Wireless, GSM, GPRS, 3G, etc.

All data is encrypted with the strongest algorithms in order to protect from tampering and unauthorised use, thus ensuring that all data be safe during transfer via any form of communication media.

All our systems can be completely remote controlled and updated.

Lane detection

The system(s) listed below may be combined with our Lane detection option. With lane detection, we take the system one dimension further. Not only will the system measure the time, direction, speed and distance, it will also measure the lane-position of a car on the road.

This implies that we can identify with non-intrusive detection the lane in which a vehicle is travelling.

Tailgating

The system(s) listed below may be combined with our Tailgating option. Tailgating is when two vehicles are driven closer to each other than allowed. This is a common problem worldwide. SENSYS® has developed a system that detects vehicles that violate the permitted minimum distance.

This solution is totally non-intrusive without the need for road-inbedded sensors.

Video

The system(s) listed below may be combined with our Video option. A video sequence may be added to the evidence package as supplementary evidence to the high-resolution still image. The standard is a six-second video sequence.

The system has a built-in buffer that will record, for example, a red-light violation two seconds before the vehicle crosses the stop line and four seconds after the vehicle has crossed the stop line.

The sequence-length may be customized to your requirements.
It will also provide the user with remote surveillance of the site
via Internet or dedicated lines.

Infra-red

The system(s) listed below may be equipped with an infra-red camera that uses an invisible flash so that it will not be seen when a photo is taken. This may be convenient for example in residential areas where one does not wish to disturb residents with a white visible flash. The images will be black and white with the infra-red option.
