Our Section Control system can be installed with various configurations depending on each customer’s requirements.
It may be used on both single and multiple lanes. Two or more measurements are made, one at the entrance of a controlled stretch and one at the end of the controlled road stretch. The average speed is calculated based on the time–over-distance principle.
Digital cameras are used to automatically read the license plate of each passing vehicle.
Additional cameras may be added to identify the driver of the vehicle.
